The Vida Marketing Team worked closely with the Product Design team in order to deliver packaging assets on time to the overseas packaging manufacturer. Prior to my time on the marketing team, there was no set process/schedule to deliver these assets.

I helped develop a calendar template that was used for each brand so that packaging assets were developed in unison with the Product Design's production schedule each season.
